- Dr. Gary R Hartwell, D.D.S., M.S., Chair, Dept. of Endodontics of New Jersey Dental School is conducting C.D.E. Programme and "Hands on Course" for the benefit of Postgraduate students of Conservative Dentistry & Endodontics under the aegis of Dept. of Conservative Dentistry & Endodontics on 28 July 2009.
- Dr. K. Sarat Raj, Sr. Lecturer delivered a guest lecture on Mishaps in Endodontics and their management in the C.D.E Programme organized by IDA, Prakasham Branch on 24th August, 2008 at Ongole.
- Dr. V. Lakshmi Deepa, secured highest marks in Part-I P.G. examinations of Dr. N.T.R University of Health Sciences, Held in April 2008.
- The Department of Conservative Dentistry & Endodontics hosted 1st A.P. State level P.G. convention on 24th February 2007.
- The Department conducted a C.D.E programme on Patient management in general dentistry and what is new in bonding by Dr. K.H. Kidyoor on 16th of June 2006.
- The Department also conducted inter collegiate education programme on Conservative Dentistry, 17th & 18th December 2005.
- Ms. K. Ruby Harish, student of III B.D.S won the second prize in International Dental Convention Held on 28th - 30th January 2005 at Cochin.
- Ms P. Srilekha of II B.D.S won the first prize for scientific paper presentation on the role of esthetics in posterior restorations at programme on academic excellence held on 24th February, 2005 at Khammam.
- Ms K. Ramya of III B.D.S won the third prize for scientific paper presentation on Caries Prevention at programme on academic excellence held on 24th February, 2005 at Khammam.
- Dr. Ch. R. Sunil, Reader presented a scientific paper titled measurement of carbamide peroxide bleaching technique on tooth hardness at FDI world Dental Congress in New Delhi, 2004.
